This is a full-time, in-office position located in Fountain Hills, AZ. Preference is given to candidates near Scottsdale, Mesa, or the Greater Phoenix area.

Job Role

We’re hiring a Sales Representative who is energized by phone conversations, driven by results, and ready to close deals daily. You’ll be responsible for selling our performance-based marketing services, which include:

  • Lead generation

  • CRM automation

  • Ad management and optimization

  • Backend conversion systems

Offers range from $5,000 to $10,000. You’ll be the first point of contact with prospective clients and a key part of representing and growing the R&R Development brand.

You’ll take ownership of your pipeline, turning initial conversations into closed deals. This isn’t about reading a script. It’s about creating trust, guiding prospects to clarity, and driving meaningful business decisions through direct, ethical, and persuasive conversations.

What You'll Do

  • Call and connect with 10–20+ prospects per day

  • Own your CRM pipeline: updating every stage, every lead, every day

  • Follow up persistently across weeks and months to close long-cycle leads

  • Maintain clean, detailed notes for every conversation

  • Educate prospects on our offers using real case studies and sales tools

  • Receive daily training and feedback from experienced closers

  • Participate in weekly 1:1 sessions to review performance and sharpen skills

  • Maintain availability from 9 AM – 5 PM (Arizona Time), Monday–Friday

  • Collaborate with leadership and team to improve overall sales effectivenes

Results

  • Close at least 20% of qualified inbound applications

  • Maintain a clear, updated CRM pipeline by end of each day

  • Update your daily sales tracker Monday–Friday by 5 PM Arizona time

  • Consistently follow up with all qualified leads until closed or disqualified

  • Communicate clearly and promptly with the team about client insights or objections

  • Stay fluent in current offers, pricing, and sales scripts through ongoing training

Requirements

  • Must be located in Arizona

  • Must work in-office in Fountain Hills, AZ

  • High-volume sales experience preferred (e.g. gym memberships, event tickets, programs)

  • 1+ year B2B or high-ticket service sales preferred

  • Excellent communicator on the phone and video

  • Comfortable with structure, systems, and performance tracking

  • Coachable, process-driven, and self-managed

  • Organized and able to maintain a visible, accurate sales pipeline

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary $2,500/month + uncapped commission

  • Commission: Uncapped commission structure based on closed deals, with rates and

  • benchmarks disclosed during the hiring process.

  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $100,000–$150,000+ annually

  • Total Compensation Range: $30,000–$150,000+, depending on performance

  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $100K–$150K+

  • Compensation Range: $24K–$150K+

    Performance is rewarded. There is no cap on earnings.
